God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!" ~ Galatians 4:6 Many do not have a father figure. “Abba”=tender such as saying “Daddy” ~ A relationship at ease in supportive unconditional love. ● Do you have to make a business appointment or fearfully wait for time spent together? ● Do you have conversation with your children caring for one another as family or is it left for coldness? Abraham and Isaac = Close Relationship David and Solomon = Somewhat Dysfunctional Do you want a close relationship? "But whoever causes one of these little ones who believes in Me to sin,..." ~ Matthew 18:6-7 ... As kids get older they trust their earthly father less because we all have human frailties; faults. Together in service to each is where you find love. Above all you need a relationship with your Heavenly Father over your earthly father. ... you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. ... ~ Galatians 4:1-7 Would you choose the world over eternal life? ~ You should not dread being in service to God. Do you turn religion off? ~ Is reading God’s word boring or exhilarating? God offers us eternity. ... riches of the glory of this mystery ... which is Christ in you, ... ~ Colossians 1:27 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, ... not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? ~ Romans 2:4 L♥ving God should not be a job; ~ easy. And if anyone thinks that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know. ... ~ 1st Corinthians 8:2-3 Without a humble relationship with God we have nothing. We stand to inherit things eternal. ... The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God, ... ~ Romans 8:16-17 Have you coughed crying upon your repentance to God? - You are then on the path. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. ... ~ Psalm 23:1-6 We deserve such a tender relationship. For I am God, and there is no other." ~ Isaiah 45:22 Father, you are the great I AM. How can one not have an endearing relationship ~ with the God of our salvation?
