And great multitudes were gathered together to Him, ... ~ Matthew 13:1-2

The Bible is simple and not so complex as Jesus teaches all truth.

"Behold, a sower went out to sow. ..." ~ Matthew 13:3-8

Is it easier to learn from Jesus or words coined by scholars?

False Precepts/Calvinism
Total Depraved
Unconditional Election
Limited Atonement
Irresistible Grace
Perseverance of the Saints

Born Having to Sin
Have No Choice
Select Few will be Saved
God is Who Calls or Not
Once Saved Always Saved

Doctrinal theory is not as clear as the straight and simple word.

"He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" ~ Matthew 13:9

"... I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing
they do not hear, nor do they understand." ~ Matthew 13:10-13


If a person is not interested they shall not receive it
without pride calling it hogwash.


... Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them. ... ~ Matthew 13:14-17


Jesus is looking for true hearts that search for Him.

"Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, ..."
~ Matthew 7:6


"Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God." ~ Luke 8:11

"The sower sows the word." ~ Mark 4:14

● By the Wayside

... hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it,
then the wicked one comes ... ~ Matthew 13:18-19


There are those who do not believe.

"Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes ..."
~ Luke 8:12


● On the Rocks    

... on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; ...
~ Luke 8:13


A person that panics because it becomes to intense.

"... when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word,
immediately he stumbles." ~ Matthew 13:20-21


● In the Thorns    

"Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, ..."
~ Matthew 13:22


Temptations are more appealing.

... when have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and
pleasures of life, ... ~ Luke 8:14


   ● On Good Ground

... on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble
and good heart, keep it ... ~ Luke 8:15


... understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: ... ~ Matthew 13:23

"... those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: ..." ~ Mark 4:20

"No one can serve two masters; ..." ~ Matthew 6:24

Do you put things of this world before God?
Is there something you hold more precious than God?
It is an act of faith to place your heart in the bosom of God.


... Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? ...
~ James 4:4


Test all things; hold fast what is good. ~ 1st Thessalonians 5:21

Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. ...
~ 2nd Corinthians 13:5



By the Wayside
On the Rocks
In the Thorns
    On Good Ground

Jesus wants all to come to His garden
"The seed is the word of God"

   Brought forth Life:          Dormant
Germinated                     
         ↘        ↘        
Fruitful                                 Unfruitful
(Romans 6:22)                        (Romans 6:21)

... by their fruits you will know them. ~ Matthew 7:15-20

No matter what constructs we construct to
explain God’s word, Jesus’ warning is to be careful,
that we need to take action to remain saved.
