6/19/2005 ~ We Need to be Revived Again


Will You not revive us again, That Your people may rejoice ... ~ Psalm 85:6

Revival has two definitions.
One is to be raised from the dead,
yet another is a re-energizing, becoming alive again.

... that you may how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, ...
~ 1st Timothy 3:15

1. Make the effort.
2. Attention during lessons.

... to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, ... ~ Ephesians 3:9-10
                                 └─> We are here to present the Gospel.
                                                                └─> Purpose of the church.

1. Recognize yourself.

... know that you are the temple of God ... ~ 1st Corinthians 3:16
└─> About the church, us.      

... by your good works which they observe, glorify God ... ~ 1st Peter 2:11-12
└─> The way we live.                                                                              
            └─> People know if you are living what your preaching.

... acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service ... ~ Romans 12:1-2

"... that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
~ Matthew 5:13-16

We have a big job in front of us.

LOVE, HARMONY

We need to be concerned for the welfare of each other.

~ Each of us needs to take responsibility.

 ... keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. ~ Ephesians 4:1-3

~ PEACE ~

... but he who does the will of God abides forever. ~ 1st John 2:15-17
└─> Sums it up.

  1. Building ourselves up,
      becoming more enthusiastic.

   2. Teaching those who are not Christian.
